​The Mint at Kentucky Downs

Tristar Digital Connections was honored to have the opportunity to provide design and installation services for the massive multi phase building project at Kentucky Downs. Starting with a new 30,000 square foot Mint gaming hall that officially opened in early September of 2020, and continuing with an extensive renovation of the existing gaming floor, restaurant, and main lobby spaces.  The newly completed renovation of the 110,000 square foot facility features several new restaurant and dining spaces along with a revamped gaming floor.

Services provided by Tristar Digital Connections include:

• Facility wide multi-zone distributed audio featuring a Biamp server providing DSP processing for over 400 custom painted Sonance ceiling speakers powered by Lab Gruppen amplification.
• An RF Venue wireless microphone antenna system that provides coverage over the entire gaming floor area 
• A 600+ camera Hikvision surveillance system featuring HikCentral server and management software.
• Crestron NVX video content delivery system to numerous monitors and LED screens throughout the facility.
